1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trolens Design (Poland), which operates MasterBot ("we", "us", "our"). If you access or use MasterBot ("the Service"), including our website, dashboard, and related features, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy at /policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The English version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is the legally governing version.
2. Description of Service
MasterBot is a hosted platform for building and running Discord bots. Depending on your plan and what we make available, the Service may include: a visual flow builder; commands, events, and automations; variables (including stored variables); API Request and other external integrations; inbound webhooks; collaboration and sharing; bot management; debugging and execution logs shown in the product; Bot Analytics and similar statistics; a referral program; paid plans with per-bot entitlements (including test bots where offered); and integration with Discord. Feature limits and plan details are shown in the product and on our pricing pages and may change over time. Paid plan rules are also covered in Section 9 below.
Some features may be labeled beta or experimental. They may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature shown in marketing or previews is available on your plan or in your region.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may sign in with a third-party account we support (such as Google, GitHub, or Discord), subject to availability. You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sessions and credentials on your devices and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may delete your account at any time in Profile settings. What we delete or retain is described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy. You must not create a new account to evade a suspension or termination without our consent.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (and any other applicable third-party rules). You are solely responsible for your bots, flows, content, and data you process through the Service, including compliance with privacy and other laws. You are responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the Service to harm, harass, or spam users
- Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Not using the Service to violate any third-party rights
- Not probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service, and not circumventing or bypassing security or access restrictions (including rate limits) except as needed for good-faith interoperability where permitted by law
- Not using bots or flows to spam, harass, or harm others, or to violate Discord’s rules or the rules of any service you connect to (including URLs and payloads you configure in API Request or similar nodes)
- Not exploiting bugs or misconfigurations of the Service to obtain unauthorized access, data, or benefits; report security issues through our support channels where possible
- Not using the Service to compete with or replicate the Service's core functionality by automated scraping or bulk extraction of our web app, except as allowed by public search engine norms or our express permission
- Complying with any referral, affiliate, or promotion rules if you participate in those programs
If your bots process personal data of Discord end users, you are responsible for your own privacy notices and lawful bases. A Data Processing Agreement with us is available on request as described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trolens Design (Poland) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software or branding except as allowed by law or express permission. You retain ownership of content and data you provide; to operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you and to comply with law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MasterBot and Trolens Design (Poland) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, bot downtime, or actions of third parties such as Discord or payment processors. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Without limiting other rights, we may refuse access to the Service (including by blocking network addresses or accounts), suspend or terminate your account, or delete or disable content, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, to comply with law, or in response to abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms. Where mandatory law in your country requires different treatment (for example, for consumers), that law applies in addition to these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in Profile settings. If we suspend or terminate your account, you must not create a new account to circumvent the restriction without our prior written consent.
We may seek injunctive or other legal remedies where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any remedy available to you under mandatory law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will reflect updates by changing the “Last updated” date on this page. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide additional notice (for example, in-product notice or email) where appropriate; continued use of the Service after changes may constitute acceptance, subject to your mandatory rights. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service (for example, for security, cost, or product reasons) or impose fair-use or anti-abuse limits consistent with the product and your plan. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes to third-party services (such as Discord or payment processors), except where mandatory law disallows that exclusion.
9. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid features are billed through Stripe (or another processor we name in checkout). How we handle personal data in connection with payments is described in our Privacy Policy. Subscriptions and entitlements generally apply per bot unless we state otherwise on the pricing page. Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You may cancel in the customer portal at any time; that stops future renewals and does not by itself refund charges already made for the current or past billing periods. Statutory rights (for example in the EU) remain unaffected where they apply to you.
We may in the future introduce a separate, clearly published money-back or cooling-off program (for example: if you cancel within seven (7) days of a first charge, the payment processor may automatically cancel and refund per that program’s rules). That would apply only after it is added to this document and to our checkout configuration, and not before. Until then, the paragraph above is the full rule.
Referral rewards, discounts, or commissions are subject to program rules shown in the product, may require eligibility conditions, and may change or end. Abuse of referral or promotional programs may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.

11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including Discord, infrastructure providers, and payment processors). Their availability, terms, and actions are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services or for your compliance with their terms when you use integrations (including URLs and credentials you supply in flows).
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trolens Design (Poland), its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content and bots, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights. This does not apply where such an obligation cannot be imposed on you under mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and courts located in Poland have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your country. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may also benefit from the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies referenced in them (including our Subprocessor list where applicable), are the entire agreement about the subject matter. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations. You may not assign your rights without our consent. Nothing creates a partnership or agency. Electronic acceptance and notices have legal effect to the same extent as required by law. To request data access or deletion, use the contact in our Privacy Policy.
